2. We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your Relocation Service Inquiry. We will clarify any doubts you might have and provide more information about the services you are interested in.
3. After you identify the services that suit your needs and decide to place an order, we will direct you to a payment link. Once your payment has processed, we will get you GOing!

An international move requires extensive research, time, and energy to coordinate and complete. A simple misunderstanding might cause delays and cost you in fees. Because of this, relocating by yourself is overwhelming.

We offer visa advisory services. We work with immigration professionals who provide accurate information about the best visa and work permit options for you and your family. We will advise you on the immigration steps you need to take to move forward confidently.
While we can help with many relocation issues, including visa and immigration advice, we cannot find a job for you. If you require employment to be able to move and live abroad, please submit your Relocation Service Inquiry form after you have a job offer.
We offer over 500 free relocation guides for countries and cities around the world. You can go to our destinations page, find the country you are interested in, and learn all you need to know about relocating to your chosen country!
We recommend you submit a Relocation Service Inquiry form at least three months before your planned relocation date, as this is the minimum time required for a smooth move abroad. In general, you should start preparing to relocate well in advance of your move date.
Payments
After your InterNations GO! specialist has been in contact, they will confirm the cost of the relocation services you are considering. We will then send you a payment link so that you can order the services. Your purchase will be processed immediately.
- Refund Policy for 75€ Relocation Consulting Call
- Refund requests made more than 4 business days in advance of the relocation consulting call will be subject to an administration fee of 25€ of the service price.
- Refund requests made between 1 to 4 business days prior to service being provided will be subject to an administration fee of 50% of the service price.
- No refunds will be made available if the cancelation is made in less than 24 hours in advance.
- Alternatively, the paid fee can be transferred to another package of your choice or the consulting call postponed once.

Refund Policy for services provided by our partners

Refund requests made by customers within 24 hours of payment, butbefore delivery of the service, will be subject to an administration feeof 50€.

Refund requests made by customers 5 business days prior to theservice being provided will be subject to an administration fee of 50%of the full cost of the service.

Refund requests made by customers between 5 and 2 business daysprior to the service being provided will be subject to an administrationfee of 75%.

No refunds will be made available to customers if the cancelation ismade in less than 48 hours in advance of the service being provided.

There will be a full refund to the customer in case the supplier fails todeliver the service.

The customer can request to change time of the service delivery upto 12 hours before service delivery.

In case the supplier does not provide the requested service in aconsistent manner the company will discuss the possibility of apartial reimbursement to the customer.

Troubleshooting
If you are not receiving any emails from InterNations GO!, please check your Spam folder. If you use Gmail, please check the Social tab. If you are still not receiving our emails, contact us to let us know.
You cannot change your information once you submit your Relocation Service Inquiry form. If you need to make changes, please submit another form with your updated information and needs.
Data Privacy
We will only share your data with our trusted global partners based on the services that you have requested from us. You can read more about our data sharing policies in our privacy policy, terms and conditions, and imprint.
After you submit your inquiry form, we send an email to the address you provided to confirm your information. There is a link to have your data deleted from our system at the bottom of the email. Please click that link if you want us to delete your data.
